The ‘Aha Pūnana Leo is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Over the past 20+ years we have evolved from a true grassroots movement into a host of successful Hawaiian Language Revitalization programs that service schools, individuals families and other groups in the state of Hawai‘i as well as on the national and international levels. Our goal is to establish a seamless public P-20 Hawaiian Medium Education Program.
