Admissions priority will be given to those completed applications received by March 10, 2008. Completed applications received after the priority deadline will be process and waitlisted.

All Pūnana Leo are now accepting applications for the 2008-2009 school year. Application are accepted until all available seats are filled. There are eleven Pūnana Leo on five of the Hawaiian Islands. Interested ‘ohana may apply 3 and 4 year old keiki by completing an On-Line application.

Hālāwai Ho‘okama‘āina and Nīnauele The current application/enrollment period varies by site. Each Pūnana Leo will host a Hālāwai Ho‘okama‘āina in their community. Similar to an Open House, all interested ‘ohana are encouraged to attend the Hālāwai Ho‘okama‘āina so they can get better acquainted with the Pūnana Leo. After applications are submitted, each Pūnana Leo has a nīnauele (interview) process.
